Quick and light Salad dressing recipes

Oriental dressing
A quick and very yummy idea which I stumbled upon today:
---about a tablespoon of Sesame oil and 3-4 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar: stir/shake together thoroughly.
It's particularly good served warm on a fresh spinach salad with crumbled boiled egg!

raspberry vinaigrette
This one suits a bed of mixed greens very well:
a 1/3 cup of fresh raspberries,
dash of olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic or rice wine vinegar
sugar or Splenda/Stevia to taste
blend all together until smooth
