Stephanie and Daniel's Wedding

A new record was set at this wedding. This event represents the largest number of images that I have captured at a single wedding....EVER! This can be explained via a simple mathematical equation:

Bride who loves pictures (and I mean LOVES them!) + Groom who accommodate his new Bride's love of pictures= Happy, Busy Photographer :-)

Stephanie and Daniel were married at Avoca in Alta Vista (which happens to be one of my favorite places to capture weddings). The day was sunny and warm (but not TOO warm) and the wedding color theme of spring green contrasted with brightly colored flowers looked stunning against the verdant greens of Avoca's lovely grounds.

The day was planned out meticulously and ran like clockwork. There was very little of the frantic rushing around that usually accompanies weddings. There are always little glitches, of course, but everyone was calm and remarkably pleasant to work with.

The ceremony included vows written by the couple themselves and the music was provided by the amazingly talented family of the groom. The whole ceremony was so beautiful and very moving.

The Bride and Groom had an obvious love of dancing and a wonderful variety of tunes were played to accommodate them. Many a leg was shaken and many a groove gotten on by the happy couple and their friends. It was so much fun to watch and capture!!

After the Grand Exit from the reception, via Mercedes convertible I might add, we followed the newlyweds to the park and captured a really gorgeous set of images of just the two of them; all aglow with that freshly married aura of happiness surrounding them. I just love that *sigh*

All in all,  it was a beautiful wedding on a beautiful day filled with beautiful people, inside and out. Thank you to Steph and Dan and your wonderful families for allowing me to capture the memories of that beautiful day in your lives!
