As always, the food was plentiful and deeelicious. This year's main course was melt-in-your-mouth beef tenderloin, cornish game hens and VA ham all freshly smoked in Dad's commercial smoker (there were plenty of excellent side dishes, too, but didja SEE all the MEAT!?) *ahem* The tenderloin was rubbed with herb-infused olive oil, sprinkled with garlic salt and fresh ground pepper and smoked to a beautiful medium rare temp.
